Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ron Shilimov, operating as VideoUpload ("we", "us"), based in Israel. They cover your use of videoupload.team and everything on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or a team, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
VideoUpload helps creators and their teams manage video production: boards, uploads, review and comments, assignments and related tools. We keep improving the Service, so features may change. While we're in early access, some parts may be invite-only or labelled as beta.
Videos, thumbnails, comments, notes and anything else you upload ("Content") stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store, process, encode, stream and show your Content to the people you share it with. We don't sell your Content or use it to train AI models.
You confirm you have the rights to the Content you upload and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. If someone believes Content on the Service infringes their copyright, they can write to support@videoupload.team and we'll act on valid notices.
You can connect a YouTube channel you own or manage to publish videos and see their statistics. These features use YouTube API Services: by using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You're responsible for what you publish, and we only publish what you or your workspace admins choose to. See our Privacy Policy for what we access and how to remove access.
You agree not to:
We may remove Content or suspend accounts that break these rules — if it's not urgent, we'll tell you first.
If your trial or paid plan ends and you don't choose a plan, your boards and data stay in your account, but uploaded video files are deleted 30 days later. We email you a warning about a week before that. Choose any plan before then and everything stays.
You can stop using the Service anytime and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@videoupload.team. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or put the Service or other users at risk.
We work hard to keep the Service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important files — the Service is a workspace, not your only backup.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first — most problems are solved faster by email.
