We want you to only pay for VideoUpload if it's worth it to you. That's why every account starts with a free trial — no card needed.
If you're not happy, email support@videoupload.team within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (monthly or yearly) and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime from the Plan page and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
When you change plans mid-period, the price difference is prorated automatically and applied to your next bill — you only pay for what you use.
If something went wrong on our side — a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a long outage — write to us and we'll make it right. Accounts closed for breaking our Terms aren't eligible for a refund.
Payments are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, so refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
